Best Wedding DJ South West Region for an incredible 4th time!
Having won the South West Region best Wedding DJ award 3 times before, we were excited to be nominated again for our work in 2019. At an awards evening in November we were ecstatic to win the category for the 4th time! This win put us in the running for the national final at the beginning of January. We put our heart and soul into our work as wedding DJ’s so winning this award is a fantastic achievement for the whole Celebration Roadshow team.
What are The Wedding Industry Awards?
The Wedding Industry Awards or TWIA’s are the only regional and national awards in the industry that are voted for by the nominees own clients. Voting is open to couples who have used wedding services in the past year. To make the process fair these votes are combined with a judging panel’s assessment. This ensures that smaller suppliers have an equal chance of success. Judges look at the comments made by clients, photos, videos, social media posts and company websites to help them make a decision. This process makes it even more special to win because it’s the feedback from our clients that counts.
Oh, what a night!
After our regional success in November we were part of the National Awards held at Cafe De Paris in London in January. It was an amazing night at a stunning venue. To be surrounded by all the best wedding suppliers in the country was a real buzz. Looking around the room at these champion wedding professionals made us feel so proud of our business and all that we have achieved. Although the National title still alludes us, we couldn’t be more happy about our Regional Winners prize.
Why this award is important to us
This award means so much to us because it is voted for by the couples we have worked with over the past year. We understand how vital music is to a wedding celebration and how having a DJ who can read the room and get the party going has a huge impact. We love being part of a couple’s big day and this award helps us demonstrate the level of service we provide. The recognition we have received from our couples shows that we are a trustworthy and skilled. It makes all the hard work and dedication worth it.

“There was a change in our DJ a couple of days before the wedding, however I was informed and there were no issues on the day. The online portal is really useful to be able to put in all our song requests, including first dance song. It also has an option to put music you do not want to hear! Our DJ introduced himself to me when he arrived and during the night he would check if there were any particular songs we wanted. Near the end of the night he got everyone on the dance floor. Brilliant!”
